I got in touch with Titan IT service because I had a problem with the Hard Disk of my laptop. I brought my laptop on Monday after I called them and the day after they gave me an accurate analysis of the problem. The hard disk was compromised. They talked about the possible solutions and costs with an extreme transparency asking me more than once if I was sure about what I wanted to do. They told me that they could give an update about the feasibility to recover the data with one or the other of the two solutions they proposed to me within two days. Two days after they got in touch with me again saying that the data could be recovered and that on Monday I would have had all the data back. I decided to go on with the process to recover all the data from my personal computer. They respected all their promises, sending also during the process a couple of files I needed of. I extremely recommend this service, for their professionalism, transparency and kindness. I also want to spend a couple of words against the bad reviews I read highlighting that they are by the side of the customer suggesting what is the best and discouraging to take specific action on the base of the best cost/benefit ratio and with an extreme transparency.read more

Came to the guys at Titan as my MacBook had broken. The fan was making a loud noise, it was going slow and it wasn't charging. After being quoted £380 to resolve this, I brought it to the team here...and it only cost me £60! Aside from the obvious great price difference, the guys were super friendly and when the first resolve didn't work, they happily worked on it again with no fuss like true professionals. Plus despite being in the middle of a pandemic, the team were super quick in getting it fixed! This was incredibly helpful as I use it for work daily. Amazing first-class service. My fault was diagnosed quickly and I needed to replace my hard drive, which was done. On reloading my data from a backup, I made an error which stopped the machine booting. A quick phone call to Titan and they asked me to bring the computer in, which I did and after half an hour I was up and running. Had an issue with the motherboard and hinging of my dell laptop (wouldn't turn on), took it to another Glasgow repair shop (well reviewed) and they told me that the issue couldn't be fixed. Took it into Titan to get a second opinion before I bought a new laptop and they were able to fix the issue for a fairly reasonable price. Delighted as I thought the laptop was beyond repair, at the time of writing the laptop works great again (they give an 6 month warranty on repairs which is good). They have repaired my MacBook pro logic board which was badly damaged by water, they replaced with new speakers, new keyboard. New CD drive and gave me 6 months warranty for the logic board repair they did. They are very proficient, polite ,accurate , economical and quick in there work.
All together cost wise it was very affordable for all the work and warranty.

The best Mac repair shop you can find! Honest lad who does board level repair, which is SUPER RARE to find nowadays. Got quoted a price of 400£ by another shop which is absolutely ridiculous, and Apple themselves wanted 10 days to just “evaluate” the problem. This guy got it sorted in 2 days at less than a quarter of the price! He even charged less than originally quoted because it wasn’t as damaged as we thought. An honest man with the skills the Apple “genius” will never have!read more

My Lenovo Yoga tablet stopped charging so googled IT repairs in my area. Titan IT came up. Went to their website last Thursday afternoon and was able to do webchat. Agreed to take in first thing Friday morning. Diagnosis was the charging port faulty. Agreed a price for replacement and was told probably be ready Wednesday. I went to Apple to get my 21.5" Mac repaired. They would only replace the hard drive with the same specifications as the one that was already in the computer. I wanted a SSD. Went to Titan, they could not be more helpful. They replaced the hard drive with a SSD and the computer is alive again.

My only regret was not coming to this place in the first place. I had a dodgy battery fitted to my iPhone at a previous place, without even opening up my phone they looked at my phone and said exactly what was wrong with the battery. The battery fitted was swollen and all mangled so much so my screen was popping out of place. The level of professionalism at Titan is just amazing. My 2012 Mac mini had almost ground to a halt and was taking an age just to boot up.
I contacted Titan for suggestions, and they recommended fitting an SSD drive. The price quoted was much less than I expected, and they had it done in two days. Now my Mac is faster than it has ever been, and I’m delighted.

Update: Apparently it's impossible to write 2 reviews, but I would like to give these guys another 5 star review for offering to fix my phone for free after experiencing some small defects with the replaced screen. I went in with a now old and heavily used laptop issue, and though it took a week or so to get it back and patched up, it now works better than ever.
I received great communication and conversation throughout our business, and it didn't break the bank to fix my laptop and supply me with a new battery.

Excellent and really quick customer service and support. I dropped my Xiaomi gaming laptop and I didn't know where to have it fixed. I sent them a request online, and the next day they called me and told me to drop by. They checked the exterior damage, and also diagnosed a damage caused by overheating. My MacBook Air had a faulty logic board and had stopped turning on, I took it to Titan and they tried fixing the logic board before replacing it but it was beyond repair so they installed a new one for me at an affordable price.
