Brought my 2014 Macbook Pro to Titan it Repairs for battery replacement. Max was very friendly and helpful, obviously a busy time of year and said he would try to get it fixed and back to me by the end of the day as I was not local. Got a phone call to say that he'd unfortunately not managed to get it sorted but would be ready first thing the next day. Took in my old Macbook Pro which had been lying in a cupboard for several years after dying. They recovered everything off the hard drive and then replaced the hard drive. What I didn't tell Max was that I had already once had a recovery done, before the machine died again. That recovery was a computer repair so not a removal of data and foolishly I didn't make a back up at that point. That first recovery was incomplete, with big gaps in my photo archive. I had a really good experience with these guys. I have a 12 inch MacBook and the screen joint had broken. The guys managed to open up the back, fix the joint and it is still working. I got in touch with Titan IT service because I had a problem with the Hard Disk of my laptop. I brought my laptop on Monday after I called them and the day after they gave me an accurate analysis of the problem. The hard disk was compromised. They talked about the possible solutions and costs with an extreme transparency asking me more than once if I was sure about what I wanted to do. They told me that they could give an update about the feasibility to recover the data with one or the other of the two solutions they proposed to me within two days. Two days after they got in touch with me again saying that the data could be recovered and that on Monday I would have had all the data back. I decided to go on with the process to recover all the data from my personal computer. They respected all their promises, sending also during the process a couple of files I needed of. I extremely recommend this service, for their professionalism, transparency and kindness. I also want to spend a couple of words against the bad reviews I read highlighting that they are by the side of the customer suggesting what is the best and discouraging to take specific action on the base of the best cost/benefit ratio and with an extreme transparency.read more

Came to the guys at Titan as my MacBook had broken. The fan was making a loud noise, it was going slow and it wasn't charging. After being quoted £380 to resolve this, I brought it to the team here...and it only cost me £60! Had an issue with the motherboard and hinging of my dell laptop (wouldn't turn on), took it to another Glasgow repair shop (well reviewed) and they told me that the issue couldn't be fixed. The best Mac repair shop you can find! Honest lad who does board level repair, which is SUPER RARE to find nowadays. Got quoted a price of 400£ by another shop which is absolutely ridiculous, and Apple themselves wanted 10 days to just “evaluate” the problem. This guy got it sorted in 2 days at less than a quarter of the price! He even charged less than originally quoted because it wasn’t as damaged as we thought. My Lenovo Yoga tablet stopped charging so googled IT repairs in my area. Titan IT came up. Went to their website last Thursday afternoon and was able to do webchat. Agreed to take in first thing Friday morning. Diagnosis was the charging port faulty. Agreed a price for replacement and was told probably be ready Wednesday. My only regret was not coming to this place in the first place. I had a dodgy battery fitted to my iPhone at a previous place, without even opening up my phone they looked at my phone and said exactly what was wrong with the battery. Very good and friendly service. They repaired my iPhone SE screen for £30 and even gave me a glass screen protector included in the price! Update: Apparently it's impossible to write 2 reviews, but I would like to give these guys another 5 star review for offering to fix my phone for free after experiencing some small defects with the replaced screen. I would like to note that I have a friend back home who repairs iPhone screens as well and who says that things like this can happen, so that it is in no way the fault of Titan IT repairs. My PC´s mother board died and a replacement board was unobtainable. Titan retrieved the hard drive from the PC and put it in a caddy, creating an external hard drive from my old PC to use on my new system. Great communication throughout the process. I recommend them highly.read more

I went in with a now old and heavily used laptop issue, and though it took a week or so to get it back and patched up, it now works better than ever. I received great communication and conversation throughout our business, and it didn't break the bank to fix my laptop and supply me with a new battery. Hopefully I don't need repairs again but if I do Titan will be my first and only stop.read more

Excellent and really quick customer service and support. I dropped my Xiaomi gaming laptop and I didn't know where to have it fixed. I sent them a request online, and the next day they called me and told me to drop by. They checked the exterior damage, and also diagnosed a damage caused by overheating. They fixed it within two days in a very good price. I totally recommend them, and if I have a problem I will definitely go again!read more

Had my MacBook repaired and updated over a year ago, maximum memory installed and an SSD drive fitted. It's working faster than any high spec mac I've ever used. Can handle all my big files no problem and cost an absolute fraction of what a new MacBook of lesser quality would cost. Don't buy a new Mac!! Staff were so honest and friendly.read more

My daughter spilled a glass of water over my MacBook, instantly rendering it useless. Titan were happy to assist, opening the MacBook in front of me to show me the damage caused. Fantastic service. My MacBook Air had a faulty logic board and had stopped turning on, I took it to Titan and they tried fixing the logic board before replacing it but it was beyond repair so they installed a new one for me at an affordable price. Overall, a great service and honest pricing. Would definitely return if I have problems with my MacBook in future. Highly recommended.read more

I was attended to as soon as I arrived at the place, and I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently (and cheaply) my laptop problem was sorted. They told me to come back if there were any further problems, but the computer's worked perfectly ever since. I wouldn't think twice about going back there.
