They have repaired my MacBook pro logic board which was badly damaged by water, they replaced with new speakers, new keyboard. New CD drive and gave me 6 months warranty for the logic board repair they did. They are very proficient, polite ,accurate , economical and quick in there work.
All together cost wise it was very affordable for all the work and warranty.

The best Mac repair shop you can find! Honest lad who does board level repair, which is SUPER RARE to find nowadays. Got quoted a price of 400£ by another shop which is absolutely ridiculous, and Apple themselves wanted 10 days to just “evaluate” the problem. This guy got it sorted in 2 days at less than a quarter of the price! He even charged less than originally quoted because it wasn’t as damaged as we thought. An honest man with the skills the Apple “genius” will never have!read more

My Lenovo Yoga tablet stopped charging so googled IT repairs in my area. Titan IT came up. Went to their website last Thursday afternoon and was able to do webchat. Agreed to take in first thing Friday morning. Diagnosis was the charging port faulty. Agreed a price for replacement and was told probably be ready Wednesday. Got a phone call this afternoon (Monday), ready to pick up. Is charging again as normal so Titan saved me having to shelve out to get a new one. Thanks guys. Happy to recommend you.read more

I went to Apple to get my 21.5" Mac repaired. They would only replace the hard drive with the same specifications as the one that was already in the computer. I wanted a SSD. Went to Titan, they could not be more helpful. They replaced the hard drive with a SSD and the computer is alive again.

My only regret was not coming to this place in the first place. I had a dodgy battery fitted to my iPhone at a previous place, without even opening up my phone they looked at my phone and said exactly what was wrong with the battery. The battery fitted was swollen and all mangled so much so my screen was popping out of place. The level of professionalism at Titan is just amazing. Thanks for the clear communication and quick work I’m not only putting in a new battery but also fixing my screen back in properly.read more

My 2012 Mac mini had almost ground to a halt and was taking an age just to boot up.
I contacted Titan for suggestions, and they recommended fitting an SSD drive. The price quoted was much less than I expected, and they had it done in two days. Now my Mac is faster than it has ever been, and I’m delighted.

My CPU fan needed to be replaced as my PC was overheating. Titan did a great job and I was very happy with the price. Also very good communication and the job was completed in good time. I was utterly stressed over finding a reputable place in the city centre for a keyboard replacement for my beloved old MacBook Air (US version). The interior screen of my tablet was break and I went here because was the best place I found. They repair my tablet so quickly, only in a week even being a Spanish brand and having to ask for a piece, and they left it perfectly, with the whole screen new and a great price! Very good and friendly service. They repaired my iPhone SE screen for £30 and even gave me a glass screen protector included in the price!
Update: Apparently it's impossible to write 2 reviews, but I would like to give these guys another 5 star review for offering to fix my phone for free after experiencing some small defects with the replaced screen. I would like to note that I have a friend back home who repairs iPhone screens as well and who says that things like this can happen, so that it is in no way the fault of Titan IT repairs. My PC´s mother board died and a replacement board was unobtainable. Titan retrieved the hard drive from the PC and put it in a caddy, creating an external hard drive from my old PC to use on my new system. Great communication throughout the process. I recommend them highly.read more

I went in with a now old and heavily used laptop issue, and though it took a week or so to get it back and patched up, it now works better than ever.
I received great communication and conversation throughout our business, and it didn't break the bank to fix my laptop and supply me with a new battery.
Hopefully I don't need repairs again but if I do Titan will be my first and only stop.read more

Excellent and really quick customer service and support. I dropped my Xiaomi gaming laptop and I didn't know where to have it fixed. I sent them a request online, and the next day they called me and told me to drop by. They checked the exterior damage, and also diagnosed a damage caused by overheating. They fixed it within two days in a very good price. I totally recommend them, and if I have a problem I will definitely go again!read more

My daughter spilled a glass of water over my MacBook, instantly rendering it useless. Titan were happy to assist, opening the MacBook in front of me to show me the damage caused. My MacBook Air had a faulty logic board and had stopped turning on, I took it to Titan and they tried fixing the logic board before replacing it but it was beyond repair so they installed a new one for me at an affordable price. Overall, a great service and honest pricing. Would definitely return if I have problems with my MacBook in future. Highly recommended.read more

I was attended to as soon as I arrived at the place, and I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently (and cheaply) my laptop problem was sorted. They told me to come back if there were any further problems, but the computer's worked perfectly ever since. I wouldn't think twice about going back there. Genuinely couldn't recommend these guys enough! Spilled tea over my MacbookAir and was quoted over £1000 for a repair from Apple, but Titan were able to repair it for less than half the price!!
