I was attended to as soon as I arrived at the place, and I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently (and cheaply) my laptop problem was sorted. They told me to come back if there were any further problems, but the computer's worked perfectly ever since. I wouldn't think twice about going back there. Apple said my two year old MacBook needed new parts for which they quoted me an absolute extortionate amount of £643. I spoke to a few places but wasn't really confident with the responses. Bought replacement screen for my laptop & took it to Titan it repairs, they fitted my new screen but it was cracked & they never charged me. Genuinely couldn't recommend these guys enough! Spilled tea over my MacbookAir and was quoted over £1000 for a repair from Apple, but Titan were able to repair it for less than half the price!! I went in with a poor quality battery I recently purchased for a gaming laptop and within seconds it was apart and he was checking connectors and the battery pack . Would highly recommended. Repaired my HP Envy. I went to another shop that advised 7-14 days and misdiagnosed the issue. Thank goodness I didn't have time to wait and shopped around. After seeing Titan's reviews, I contacted them, the issue was properly diagnosed and I got my laptop back within 24 hours and with a 6-month warranty. The staff I dealt with were really lovely guys too. Highly recommended. I will be back.

My MacBook Air was damaged and not turning on. Brought it to Titan and in a couple of days they has identified it was a faulty logic board which is usually a £300+ repair and would have cost even more straight from apple, but titan repaired it for £120 including Labour. Absolutely excellent service and the best prices for Mac repairs I've seen. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Dropped my phone onto the screen of my year old MacBook Air and completely ruined the LCD in the screen. Apple wanted £600+ to fix it, but titan it managed to offer me the chance for a 2nd hand screen to replace it for £240 which I couldn't find anywhere else. They had it up and running in a couple of days, and kept me updated when the part was back in stock. So relieved I didn't go down another route! Obviously a lot of money I'd rather not pay but the cheapest I could find for a laptop that gets used 24/7 and the best service ever, couldn't be more thankful!

amazing job, fantastic service, very individual, personal. I had a problem with my ryzen cpu in my new pc because i tried changing my cpu cooler and i damaged the cpu accidentaly. I thought i damaged the pcb so the cpu is done and i need to buy new one. but he managed to save my life with this and told me using the microscope and other techniques that pcb is fine its just ebnt pin. 1 day, 60 pounds and new cooler. AMAZING. Highly recommend.

The trackpad on my MacBook Pro had stopped responding. Apple quoted me £450 and said that the entire top case had to be repaired. Titan quoted £90 for the replacement trackpad but in the end only charged me £65 to replace the faulty trackpad controller.
Excellent and honest service, highly recommended.

Dropped my iphone 6s plus off yesterday to get the screen replaced and picked it up this morning. Fab service as I popped in before xmas and Tanveer asked me to try and hold off for a few months as the price might come down. Contacted him the other week and it had came down by £30!
Not many places would have given me advice like that, would definitely go back!

I had issues with the hinge on my laptop meaning it couldn't open. Titan offered a great price to fix the issue (compared to outrageous offers from other local competitors) and kept me informed throughout the process.
The laptop is working like new again now and it only took a few days for them to sort.

Another excellent experience with Titan. I dropped my laptop when away from Glasgow and was told by 2 IT companies that the repair would cost more than a new laptop. When I returned to Glasgow, Titan repairs fixed the laptop within 24 hours for an exceptionally reasonable price. When my laptop casing snapped 5 days before an exam I was quoted £50 for a consult with another company and a 10-14 period without a laptop. However Titan quoted me only £50 for the repair and labour! No cost for the consult. It was repaired in a matter of hours. Spoke with such a nice guy who didn't look down at me for being a bit ignorant about technology. So helpful and down to earth. Great service!
